Our Beliefs

1. Everyone has a unique gift which provides unlimited potential and power.
2. Every person is endowed with the unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We help each other embrace these rights.
3. All people are created equal, regardless of race, sex, national origin, and ideological or theological belief and our differences make us stronger.
4. Everyone has the right to free speech and self-determination through free will and choice, but the abuses of which may result in inequalities or loss of liberties.
5. Life is a journey, not a destination and we help each other along the way.
6. We are born equal but may not live equal as compensation and reward is commensurate with performance and effort. In other words, there is no handout, you must work hard to become all you can be.
7. Basic values and virtues are essential to maintain order and balance.
8. The planet and our diversity of races, cultures and species are a vibrant eco-system, all connected and integrated in a living universe. Each of our actions causes a reaction. We do our best to maintain sustainability and regeneration.
9. Most conflicts can be resolved peacefully by promoting respect, tolerance, patience, compassion, forgiveness and understanding.

The Essence Community is the combination of Essence Champions, Communities and Contributors who make up the populace of all the people in the virtual site. In other words, the Community is the people!

EXN is the World of Essence. It is combined physical and virtual collection of Essence assets, including the virtual JDMessinger.com website, the people (Essence Community) and all physical facilities, supporting sponsors, and associations or institutions. In other words, it is the people, places, tools, infrastructure, partners, or simply put, it is the Essence ecosystem.

Yes, you can become a part of the Essence Revolution! It's for the people, by the people and of the people.

There are three call to actions:

1. Use our knowledge, wisdom and programs to discover, believe and use your essence.

2. Use your essence and join a Community.

3. Use your professional essence and become and Essence Champion and lead a Community.

The founder of the Essence Revolution is JD Messinger, the creator and founder of the Essence Group. JD started this movement as a means to help the thousands of people that were asking him for help after his CNN radio show became a global hit. His garage was literally filled with books, DVDs and programs from people all over the world, who were using their essence to make a difference. JD dedicated three years and a seven-figure sum designing and building the movement to help those people become all they are meant to be. That’s his story and he says he is sticking to it. As JD says, “Those that have the knowledge and ability to help, have a responsibility to do so,” and so he is stepping out and sharing in order that all sides understand when we must act and when we must put aside all selfish desires on account of all noble and just solutions.

What's JD's vision?

“By 2020 we will have created 50,000 Essence Clubs in 100 countries, energized by 500,000 Essence Crusaders who have lead a global movement to create 5,000,000 jobs for people using their essence, doing what they love and loving what they do. No, we are social entrepreneurs, which means we are a for profit company lead by the creative and inspired people who dare to make the world a better place. Our motivation is to serve others and like it or not, money is a necessity to survive and we want you to be able to survive. Non-profit organizations spend a preponderance of their time and energy raising money and figuring out what to do with it within a complex set of tax laws. Non-profits are also highly restricted in what they can do with their money. We do not want to be burdened with either of those limitations or constraints. However, our intention is to donate a large percentage of our revenue to the community and the needy.

An Essence Champion is a person who is doing what they love and loves what they do. It's not a job description, it's a passion. In the world of essence, we think of your passion as your life purpose and when your outer life is in alignment with you inner purpose and gifts, your energy increases, your happiness increases, and you make everyone around you feel excited. A Champion can be an entrepreneur, inventor, artist, small or large business or even a non-profit or association. Champions embrace the Guiding Principles and Philosophy that are the core foundational values and beliefs that make us different. Champions are afforded many unique benefits and privileges. You bet! Champions are essentially partnering with JD Messinger and Essence Enterprises and have limited rights to use Essence intellectual property (logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials) for branding, marketing and Club development. Champions also have their own online community and free use of the incredible Content Management System (CMS) that is the backbone of the social community (they also have emails, and many other tools available for their use). Essentially a Champion is getting a turnkey business with a system and marketing platform (that would cost over $75,000 to replicate)! As you might expect, Champions do have to sign a couple of agreements (IPR, content, and such) and abide by our Philosophy and Guiding Principles. Finally, Champions, like Accelerators or Crusaders, have earned the right to receive 30 percent commissions. As you can see, it’s not like were asking them to do this gratis. 2. Agree to the JDMessinger.com core values and beliefs
3. Agree to the terms and conditions of being a Champion
4. Submit your request for approval.

Once your approved

1. You will get a new link to continue your application process
2. Accept the fee sharing agreement
3. Pay any initiation fee, if required
4. Schedule a one-on-one session with an Essence Executive
5. Go through your mobilization check list and online training

If ever there was a time to unite then now must be that time. Around America and the world the essence of everything is changing – industries, governments, laws, and even the planet. As the world grows to eight billion people, the very essence of life and living – the air, food, water, and energy – will change. When this period of adjustment is over in fifteen years everything will be different, how we generate energy, use water, make food and lead people. And this is a good thing! What is transparent to the transcendent is that humanity is entering a new period where we are conscious that we are a part of everything and everyone, and we are all connected in the circle of life.
 
The vision of the Essence Communities and the broader Essence Exchange Network is to create 50,000 Essence Clubs in 100 countries by 2020 and help tens of millions of people become all they are meant to be so that we survive and thrive on a value system that restores balance and harmony.

That’s a great question and if you don’t know, who does? But don’t feel bad because hardly anyone knows what his or her essence is, but your close friends usually do! In short, your essence is your gift. It’s totally unique to you and it is your purpose for being here. I like to think of it as the combination of your mental, physical and spiritual being. When your using your essence, you get all excited, passionate and energized. It might be cooking, doing math, teaching, painting or speaking. But whatever it is, people around you get excited who share your gift and your efforts make them feel uplifted.

Essence Clubs are free clubs led by anyone with a desire to help others Create - Connect - Evolve.  In other words, is just like a book club but the focus is on understanding the essence of everything! The essence of life, living, reality, love, peace, joy, marriage, government, business and most importantly ... the essence of purpose, your purpose.

I learned a lesson when I broke my neck and I cannot get it out of my head, read my story. I spent years wallowing around in physical pain, but the worst part was the emotional suffering. But here’s the lesson: pain is the unavoidable consequence of living in a physical body but suffering is an optional choice for our mind.
 
If you’re tired of suffering, then you have a choice. An Essence Club helps you overcome suffering, fears, worries and doubts and harness your essence to earn a living and live a happy life.
 
An Essence Club is your support network, people who are there to help you and guide you and share their essence – in coaching, business plans, health, wealth, engineering, art, you name it. The number of essence categories is infinite!
In summary, Club members care, dare and share! When I made a hit reality TV show about daring to dream, I learned that caring is a very important first step, but if you care and aren’t ready to dare you get nowhere.
 
Sure we want you to discover, believe and use your essence, but strange as it may seem, the way you do that is by sharing because when you give, you receive a gift. It could be confidence, appreciation or something more, but whatever it is, that gift is powerful. In other words, you heal yourself when you help others. It’s one of those ironic paradoxes in life, I’ll share just one more, and this is powerful. Did you know that your greatest pain is your gift? I call this the Paradox of Life.
 
So if you want to take control of your life and your destiny, if you’re willing to make the choice that you are holding the rudder and IF you are willing to share your essence, help a fellow human, and in the process help each other to become all you are capable of being, then join a Club and get going.
 
This is the purpose of an Essence Club.

I’d love to give you a detailed explanation (‘cause I’m kind of a detailed person) but I’m not going to do that because if there is one thing I have learned about the creative and innovative process that one thing is that innovation cannot be bound by rigid rules or structures.

In other words, we need to let nature your essence be your guide (it already is). Having said that, I can put a little bit more meat on the bones of this beast. Every person applies his or her essence in multiple areas at home, with others in business, and so on, but generally we end up specializing and applying our gifts in a particular domain. Think of it like a contextual need, where does your heart call you for your vocation? The Essence Clubs are therefore broken up into four general areas,

• Personal clusters - self-awareness and improvement in mind, body or soul. This includes improving personal or professional relationships.
• Social clusters - assisting the community in which you live or taking on a mission that helps all communities. This can include associations or institutions such as non-profits.
• Professional – providing information or knowledge that improves financial and operational results (entrepreneurs or large corporations), or developing a particular skill or competency. This can include institutions of higher learning.
• World - sharing research and knowledge and issues that affect the entire race, or our planet, including our ecosystem, It also expands beyond our physical planet, including exploring the essence of life, living and reality through philosophical, metaphysical, spiritual or religious pursuits.

Have you ever felt that deep nagging, empty feeling inside, that voice that says you are not doing what you’re supposed to do? When you use your essence, it goes away because you’re doing what you love and you love what you. You no longer have to answer that silly question, “What do you do?” and confuse yourself into thinking that you are your job (which by the way, if you haven’t noticed, seem to be evaporating rather quickly).

If that's not enough, then consider the fact that the essence of everything is changing - industries, governments, ideologies - and as the foundation of our economic and geopolitical structure shifts, the only solution is to return to the essence of life, liberty, personal acccountability and self determination. The government is not going to save you.

In so doing, we all ascend to a place of being united and we help you embrace the power of thought, detach from all limiting axioms and beliefs so you can step beyond your endless territorial battles, beyond your human addictions. We want you to become the observer, an awake, sentient being. It’s your birthright.

Membership has it privileges, but also its’ responsibilities. See our ‘Guiding Principles’ to determine if you can have what it takes. If not, don’t worry, because it’s not for everyone. The bottom line is that the catch you seek to understand is that you need to promise to be good, do good, respect others and a few other things, like be honest. Break the code of conduct, and your out. Think of it like the Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts Honor and you’ll have an idea of what we mean.

According to Balance and Harmony, deep knowledge is to be aware of disturbance before the disturbance occurs. Wisdom, is to know the answer before the question is asked. To sense and comprehend after action is not worthy. The implication being that isolated and insular individuals, nations or leaders who do not explore the potential disturbances, or ask the questions that need to be asked, may find themselves shocked by external events. As it relates to a creator or inventor, constraining oneself by what is currently possible will always inhibit dreams of infinite potential. Finally, when seeking the answer to a challenging question, the answer lies within the question itself. A couple of simple illustrations: (a) how do we ensure that no child is left behind in education? The answer is that we ensure every child moves forward, which has nothing to do with anyone being left behind; (b) how do you reduce your costs of operations by 25 %? By learning how to do it 25 % cheaper, which is totally different from reducing your costs by 25 %.

In many cultures of the world, they believe that all matter, plants, rocks, water, and of course life itself has an energy force that animates us. It is called by many names, Prana, Qi, Ki, In the classical Chinese book entitled The Art of War, the famous philosopher Sun Tzu describes the ‘Science of Life’ and the ‘Science of Essence’. These two principles combine to explain that success has to do with knowing when to use energy - knowing what to do and what not to do — and when.
