Tattiana Reznick

Tattiana Reznick is a 21 year old student at the University of Houston in the Bauer College of Business. She is a member of the University of Houston Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization (CEO). Besides being a student, she is the Marketing Director at Rustika Café & Bakery, which is owned by her parents. Ever since she was a very young girl, Tattiana has loved to bake. I observed Tattiana making an elevator pitch at the UofH CEO group and was inspirated by her passion and love for backing.  She defines the meaning of doing what you love and loving what you do. Her love of baking and children inspired here to form the School of Lil’ Chefs in 2005, where she is the CEO.The School of Lil’ Chefs is a business that teaches baking classes to children of all ages. Lil' Chefs places students in a professional kitchen and encourages creativity through culinary expression. As the founder and creative developer, she coordinates unique activities for the students to explore different baking and decorating techniques while building hand-eye coordination and confidence in themselves.
