JD's State of the Union Address in 2013

The Year is 2013 and almost forty percent of the members of the US Congress and Senate have been thrown out of office. The Federal budget deficit is ove $16 trillion dollars; over 22 percent of the total civilian workforce is under or unemployed. JD has been elected POTUS - President of the United States - as a write in candidate and this is his first State of the Union address.
